O God, You are the Truth
and the Origin of all Knowledge
Bless our Studies, which we consecrate to you.
Enlighten our minds, strengthen our memories
and direct our wills
towards what is right.
Grant us to seek truth always
and make us truly wise and good citizens of India.

Send your spirit of wisdom, understanding and knowledge on each one of us, enlighten our minds and help us to understand what is being taught, and to retain what we study, so that we may be wiser and better.
