School Discipline

  • Attendance: All students must attend morning assembly. At the FIRST BELL, proceed silently to the quadrangle/classroom. At the THIRD BELL, the school family prays together: "A family that prays together stays together."
  • Leave Rules: No student may be absent without prior approval. Leave applications must be submitted by parents/guardians. No leave will be granted before/after major festivals or during the first week of a new session. Medical leave requires a certificate. Separate applications are needed for siblings in different classes.
  • Calendar Entries: Parents/guardians must countersign entries where required. Absence beyond a fortnight without leave results in removal from rolls.
  • Permission to Leave: Written permission from the Principal is required to leave school premises. Students will not be sent home during school hours without a written request from parents/guardians.
  • Disciplinary Action: Irregular attendance, idleness, neglect of homework, disobedience, disrespect, or bad conduct may lead to dismissal. The Principal’s decision is final.
  • School Property: Students must not damage furniture or property. Offenders must compensate financially and face disciplinary action.
  • Prohibited Items: Electronic devices, mobiles, magazines, or objectionable literature are strictly forbidden. Confiscated items will not be returned.

  • School Almanac: Every student must own and carry the school calendar daily, and follow the rules.
  • Outpass: Students leaving class during teaching hours must carry an outpass signed by the teacher.
