<h3 class="text-uppercase" style="text-align:center; font-size:20px; color:#05136e;">Admission and Withdrawal Guidelines</h3>

<li><span class="highlight">Authority of Management:</span> Parents must understand that they cannot dictate to the management, but that the management has the right to state the conditions under which they will admit or retain pupils in their school.</li>
<li><span class="highlight">Admission Requirements:</span> Transfer certificate, report card, and conduct certificate from the previous school are mandatory.</li>
<li><span class="highlight">Admission Process:</span> The parent/guardian should fill in the school admission form/school almanac with utmost accuracy and read the rules as given in the school almanac. The signing of the declaration form will constitute an agreement on the part of the parent / guardian and the students, to abide by the rules of the school as laid down in the school almanac.</li>
<li><span class="highlight">Fee Refund Policy:</span> No refund (of the money) paid will be made after the admission is taken. Notice of withdrawal should be given a month in advance, or else the fees for the following month will be charged. Such a notice should be given by a parent or guardian. Those leaving in April must pay fees for May and June.</li>
<li><span class="highlight">Withdrawal Process:</span> No transfer certificate will be issued till all dues are paid. The application form for the T.C. is enclosed in the almanac. Transfer certificate can only be given DURING OFFICE HOURS.</li>
<li><span class="highlight">Transfer Certificate (T.C.):</span> Issued only after all dues are cleared, available during office hours.</li>
<li><span class="highlight">Issuance of Certificates:</span> No certificate of any kind will be issued without prior application by the parent. For every certificate issued from the office a fee will be charged accordingly. A character certificate will be issued on the basis of his/her regularity, punctuality behavior and the pursuit of values gained in school, strictly according to the remarks in his/her school almanac.</li>

<h5 style="text-align: center; color:#05136e;">Additional Rules</h5>
<ul class="b">
<li>Students not wearing the prescribed uniform will receive remarks in the school diary. After three instances, strict action will be taken, and parents may be called to meet the principal.</li>
<li>Students should be always clean and neatly dressed. Their hair must be trimmed and properly combed. Fancy hair style is strictly forbidden. Parents will be called if hair cut is not proper and a letter will be issued. The uniform and blazer used for winter months should be of colour and pattern as adopted by the school. No other colour and pattern will be allowed.</li>
<li>Girls are allowed to use studs or small earrings and they are not allowed to use rings, bangles, nail polish, payals, chain, bindi, mehendi, lockets on a chain to be worn under the tunic. Girls with long hair should make two plaits with center parting. Girls are not allowed to put fancy hairpins or make puff in school.</li>
<li>Senior boys must be clean-shaven; otherwise, they will be sent home and parents will be called.</li>
<li>Students will not be permitted to enter the school campus and the class room in coloured clothes during the PTM and Open House.</li>
<li>Senior students (Classes VI to XII) should not wear colour dress on their birthday. They should wear the school uniform only.</li>
